ABOUT GVPI

Who We Are

GVPI is more than a paranormal investigation team. We are a close-knit group built on family, trust, experience, and a shared curiosity about the unknown. Many of our investigators are related by blood or marriage, creating a level of trust and familiarity that carries into every investigation we conduct.

That family connection is especially important when we are invited into someone’s home. We understand that reported paranormal activity can be deeply personal, confusing, and sometimes frightening. We approach every client and every location with compassion, confidentiality, respect, and without judgment.

Our Mission

Our mission is to investigate reported paranormal activity using research, observation, documentation, and investigative techniques while maintaining respect for the people, properties, and history involved.

We do not begin an investigation assuming that every unexplained experience is paranormal. Whenever possible, we look for reasonable explanations and attempt to separate ordinary occurrences from those that remain unexplained. Our goal is not to prove a predetermined belief, but to follow the evidence wherever it leads.

GVPI is not a ghost-removal or cleansing service. We do not enter a location with the intention of removing spirits or attempting to force them to “cross over.” Our purpose is research: to document, study, and better understand what people are experiencing.

History, Respect & Preservation

Paranormal investigation and history often go hand in hand. Many of the locations we investigate have stories that reach back generations, and understanding that history can be an important part of understanding the activity being reported.

GVPI has a deep respect for the people who came before us and the places where they lived, worked, fought, celebrated, and died. From historic homes and early settlements to cemeteries and battlegrounds, we believe these locations deserve to be approached with dignity and respect.

Researching names, families, events, properties, and local history is an important part of our investigative process. Sometimes that research provides possible connections to what is experienced during an investigation. Other times, it simply allows us to help preserve a piece of history that might otherwise be forgotten.

For GVPI, paranormal research isn’t only about asking whether ghosts exist. It’s also about remembering the people and stories behind the places we investigate.

Psychics, Mediums & Intuitive Information

GVPI recognizes that psychics, mediums, and individuals who report intuitive or sensitive abilities can sometimes provide another perspective during a paranormal investigation. We remain open-minded to these experiences while maintaining our research-based approach.

When psychics or mediums participate in an investigation, we prefer that they receive as little information as reasonably possible about the location, its history, and the reported activity beforehand. This helps reduce the possibility that prior knowledge could influence their impressions.

Information provided by a psychic or medium is not automatically considered evidence or proof of paranormal activity. Instead, we may document those impressions and later compare them with historical research, witness accounts, investigative findings, or other information gathered independently.

When an intuitive impression appears to correspond with independently verified information, we consider that correlation worthy of further research and documentation. Our goal is not to prove or disprove psychic ability, but to examine all potentially relevant information with an open and objective mind.

What You Can Expect From GVPI

When you contact GVPI, you will be treated with respect and without judgment. We understand that discussing unusual or unexplained experiences is not always easy, and we take the concerns of our clients seriously.

We approach each case individually. Before and during an investigation, we may research the property and its history, document reported experiences, examine possible natural explanations, and use investigative equipment to collect information and potential evidence.

We respect the privacy of residential clients and understand the importance of discretion. Businesses, property owners, historical locations, and others interested in documenting unexplained activity are also welcome to contact us.

At the conclusion of our work, we share our observations and findings as honestly as possible. GVPI does not claim that every unusual occurrence is paranormal, and we do not present theories or unexplained evidence as scientific proof. Our responsibility is to document what we find and allow the evidence to speak for itself.

Our Commitment

Every investigation is different, but our commitment remains the same: Family. History. Respect. Truth Through Research.

GVPI never considers a case permanently closed. Paranormal experiences may stop, change, or return months or even years later. New information, historical research, technology, or evidence may also give us a reason to revisit what was previously documented.

Once someone becomes a GVPI client, they are always welcome to contact us again if activity returns, circumstances change, or they simply have additional questions. Our relationship with a client does not necessarily end when an investigation is completed.

We will continue asking questions, examining the evidence, researching the history, and approaching the unexplained with curiosity, integrity, and respect.
